Side Table for iPhone

Side Table is a place to put things that don't have a place yet. Drop a photo, file, link, voice note, or a note you type onto the table, and take it back out when you need it.

Getting started

• Tap empty wood to add something: paste, camera, scan, a note, a file, a photo, or a voice note.
• Tap a card to open it full screen. Tap Done to put it back.
• Drag a card onto another to select both, then Group them into a labeled tray.
• Tap the magnifier to search everything — including text inside your PDFs and scans.
• Drag something to the basket to throw it away.

Questions

Where is my stuff stored?

On your iPhone, and nowhere else. Side Table has no account and no cloud.

Does my formatting survive?

Yes. Text you paste in keeps its emoji, line breaks, and spacing, and copies back out exactly as it went in.

Can I get my things onto another device?

Not yet. Syncing across devices is planned.

I deleted something by accident.

Deleting asks for confirmation first. Once confirmed it is gone — there is no trash to restore from yet.

How do I add things from other apps?

Use the share button in any app and choose Side Table. You can also add the Side Table widgets to your Home Screen, or ask Siri.
